Review : Pizza King Mumbai

We recently collaborated with this nascent brand called Pizza King.

Started by a Father Son Duo, its a passion project rather a dream project! Canadian residents, Mr. Joy Shah has always been very passionate about Pizzas and that comes from his years of experience managing renowned chain of American Pizzas. The Duo has even travelled across globe in quest to learn the art of making authentic pizzas. Mr. Joy and his son Mr. Bijoy Shah is an 'A-team' indeed!

With Pizza King, they bring to Mumbai an authentic North American and Italian flavors. Mr. Shah has mastered the process of making authentic Pizza Dough and it reflects in their food.

We tried their veggie supreme pizza which was loaded with toppings ( not the usual case with a lot of pizza brands.) It was so good, it did not need us to add any of the flavour toppings of oregano or chili flakes. The base was soft and did not turn chewy in spite of the fact that they delivered it all the way from Andheri to Borivali.

We also tried the Cheesy Garlic Bread and it was the best !! It was sooo light and soft and the cheese too had maintained the texture intact( Did not turn rubbery which happens in most cases)

Also, the winner was the Creamy Garlic Dip. I highly recommend you try this.

As I am a vegetarian, we opted for vegetarian pizza. However they have a range of Non Veg Pizzas. Pizzas come in classic hand tossed and thin crust variety of 8inch and 10inch.

Verdict :

You need to try Pizza King! Its delicious, it has variety for both vegetarians and non vegetarians and its a total value for money.

Taste – 4.5/5

Ambiance – NA (This is cloud kitchen. Hence delivery only)

Service – 5/5 (The owners personally look into the orders and are very prompt in response)

Value for money – NA ( It was a collaboration)
