We were approached by the team of Tuki Asian for a food tasting.
Tuki is an Asian Delivery Kitchen that serves soups, dimsums, various noodles and authentic curries. It's curated by Chef Norman Hou, a renowned chef and an entrepreneur.
Tuki Asian has an extensive menu. Here is what we tasted from it.
Mixed Asian Veg Pan fried Dumplings ( INR 255) Six pieces each, available in both variants Pan fried and steamed.
Crispy Sichuan Paneer & Tangra Style Chily Paneer ( INR 265 each) These were really great appetizer options. Though Paneer, very distinct in flavours ! The dips sent along with these were outstanding.
Veg Khao Suey (INR 395) An all time favourite, I had this after a really long time. And #Tuki made it perfectly balanced with flavours. They sent all the condiments packed in small containers which helped assemble it together.
Asian Falooda (INR 285) This was indeed an interesting dessert which had Water-chestnut, Muskmelon, Lychee and Noodles along with coconut milk. It had the right amount of sweetness.
Apart from above dishes, there are quite a few dishes that caught my attention
And Pad Krapow.
They have options of Chicken, Fish and Prawn as well.
Pros : Fresh High quality ingredients, detailing, flavours, variety.
Cons : None !
