Restaurant Review: Tattva Cafe & Bar, Mumbai

Location: Peninsula Hotel, Marol, Mumbai

When: 26 June 2024

We visited this place for a quite bite with family. Ideally we wanted to go to another place in this hotel which was a non AC outlet, disappointed us were stepping out and the manager spotted us. He convinced us to visit Tattva, their brand-new rooftop bar. His persistence impressed us. He was not pushy at all. The overall service in fact was quite good ensuring you have a good experience. The music was not too loud. The crowd here was also a mix of business and family.

The decor is modern, chic and quirky, all shades red and green.

The bar was especially pretty!

Here is what we ordered

Food

Patatas Bravas with Smoky Aioli (Rs. 350) – We could not stop talking about it!

Spaghetti Putanesca (Rs. 475)

Caramelized Onion and Parmesan Piiza (Rs. 550)

Drinks

Kokum mocktail and a guava based mocktail( can not recollect) (Rs. 275 each)

Food is priced well however, cocktails are quite steep in terms of pricing.

Would definitely visit soon.

 Verdict:

Beautifully made place that serves lip smacking food. If you are close to airport, definitely recommended.
